Where To Buy The Zelda & Loftwing Skyward Sword Amiibo

Skyward Sword HD’s arrival on Nintendo Switch also marks the launch of a brand-new Legend of Zelda Amiibo. The Zelda & Loftwing Amiibo shows Zelda alongside the majestic bird, and since its announcement, the figure has been sold out at major retailers. While we were hoping for a release day (July 16) restock of the Zelda Amiibo at retailers, as we saw with the Skyward Sword Switch Joy-Cons, the Zelda & Loftwing Amiibo has remained frustratingly absent; we’ve not seen it pop up at retailers very oftenVenir de Tragamonedas Gratis Online. Still, it’s worth keeping an eye on retail listings in case of a surprise restock. You can check availability for the Skyward Sword HD Amiibo below–if you spot it in stock, we suggest snagging it immediately before it sells out.

If you do manage to place an order for the Zelda & Loftwing Amiibo anywhere today, be aware that you may have to wait some time for your order. On Thursday, one day before its release, Nintendo confirmed that Zelda & Loftwing Amiibo orders have been impacted by “unforeseen” issues related to shipping, resulting in only a handful of Amiibo being delivered by release day. The majority of other Amiibo ordered will arrive sometime in August, and Nintendo will ship additional Amiibo to retailers as soon as they arrive.

Curiously, Nintendo has locked an in-game feature behind the purchase of this Zelda & Loftwing Amiibo. In Skyward Sword HD, you’ll be able to use this Amiibo to return to the skies from anywhere on the surface, even inside dungeons. Scanning the Amiibo again while in the sky will allow you to return to the same surface location. Normally, this action can only be performed at designated save points. The Zelda & Loftwing Amiibo is the only figure that will be compatible with Skyward Sword HD; you won’t be able to use any previously purchased Zelda Amiibo with the game.

For those still needing to pick up the game itself, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is available to buy now at Amazon with free delivery by tomorrow.
